At The Walden Clinic, we offer psychologically informed training for organisations who support children, young people and adults. Our training is designed and delivered by experienced, HCPC‑registered clinicians and can be tailored for schools, nurseries, healthcare settings, and other services.

We focus on practical, evidence‑based strategies around topics such as emotion regulation, trauma‑informed practice, neurodiversity, and staff wellbeing, helping teams to feel more confident, knowledgeable and equipped to support the people in their care.

What We Offer

Our training is grounded in psychological evidence and delivered by experienced clinicians.

For professionals, educators, and teams wanting to understand the signs of mental health difficulties and how to respond with confidence and compassion.

Our team are experts in both assessing and supporting  neurodivergent individuals. Depending on your training needs, sessions could cover psycho-education around neurodivergence, reasonable adjustments and support, or therapeutic adaptations.

Understand the impact of trauma on individuals, and learn how to respond in a way that supports recovery and safety.

We regularly deliver talks and workshops in nurseries, schools and workplaces on a range of psychological topics – from stress and burnout, infant mental health, to building resilience and self-care.

We have delivered training into schools focussing on the impact of social media use on mental health.  Drawing on both Cognitive-Behavioural and Compassion Focussed therapy, training includes psycho-education on the impact of social media use on mood and anxiety, encouraging reflection, challenging perceptions, and incorporates coping skills and mindfulness strategies to provide ongoing emotion regulation support.
